The most characteristic food of Pankace week is bliny (Russian pancakes), popularly taken to symbolize the sun. Round and golden, they are made from the rich foods still allowed by the Orthodox tradition: butter, eggs and milk.
Maslenitsa also includes masquerades, snowball fights, sledding, riding on swings and plenty of sleigh rides. In some regions, each day of Maslenitsa had its traditional activity: one day for sleigh-riding, another for the sons-in-law to visit their parents-in-law, another day for visiting the godparents, etc. The mascot of the celebration is usually a brightly dressed straw effigy of Lady Maslenitsa.

On Millionaire Fair 2010 the agency VIP FOR YOU presented a few exclusive shows: the only in Moscow device for preparing “moonshine”, coffee cooked on the hot sand, hand made chocolate candies, master classes on serving the wedding table. On the screens behind were showed the best photo-shoots of their Clients.
One of the most brilliant shows was cooking show for children based on famous cartoon “Ratatouille”, which was presented at central stage by catering service VIP FOR YOU. The game was attended by more than 30 children, they are divided into teams and each prepared a dish. Children have prepared excellent biscuits and pancakes, which were tasted by a real restaurant critic and estimated with excellent marks!
The greatest excitement among the adult visitors of the stand caused the show “Moonshine”. All the Media have shown interest in this show. Somebody said that the device for preparing “moonshine” is made of gold, and costs 100 000 rubles.
